Speedy Food Challenge 1 week diary

    Hello,

    Im doing a 1 week speedy food challenge to try to boost my weight loss, i'd like to post it on here everyday (being totally honest about what i have).

    If anyone can see me going wrong or point out where i can have more speedy foods please let me know

    Just went on myfitnesspal.co.uk out of interest and put in (with rough measurements for free foods) what id had yesterday as theres a lot there! Turns out i should be aiming for 1,450 cals a day and after all of this i still had 188 remaining!!

    - just food for thought!

    Id also like to point out that as yet i am not exercising anymore than usual.

    So i weighed in and i gained 1lb i am really hoping this is due to * week, and not that the few cocktails undone all my hard work.

    Im going to try again for next week...
