Hi guys
I just wanted to tell how all how lovely this recipe is!! It's in the SW curry book. I didn't expect much from it due to the minimum of ingredients and how quick it cooked but it was LUSH!!! I didn't put in as much yoghurt as it said and added more sweetener (I over sprinkled lol) but it was prefect! Its sweetish with a good curry kick. It only fed two when the recipe is for four but that's probably cos I put in less yoghurt as i don't like an overly yoghurty taste to my curries. I tried the tikka masala when I first started SW and didn't like it for they reason. Will try it again now only with less yoghurt lol!!
Sorry I haven't posted the recipe as it's in one of the SW book and don't know if I'll get in trouble lol if someone can let me know either way and I'll post if I can't but it will probably be on the lifeline online website too x
