Spicy Burgers


Big, busty and Blowsy!
Too much spice give me a dodgy tummy! So I do mine without the flavouring.
Ideal for a red day, filling and as you say, Phil, all free!

They sound good. I make mine with lean minced beef, onions, parsley, worcester sauce and mixed herbs. I think I need to be more adventurous!

I made my burgers with lean beef mince, crushed garlic, grated onion, diced red chilli & loads of chopped chives, then I wrapped each burger around a babybel & cooked it through - they were lovely.

I have never tried them with turkey mince though so that's another one for me to try now - thanks
