Splitting the protein into 2 on ss+ question!

    Im on ss+ (since the start :D) and have about 3 meals a week as dont like food everyday..annnnyway :D

    ......didnt fancy all chicken this evening so i had 60g of cottage cheese and 60g of chicken... im sure thats ok isnt it??? didnt have any salad couldnt be bothered lol Just want to check before i do that again

    Im sure its fine. i did it on 810, just be sure its not going to make you want to eat all the time as it did with me somedays!

    No is doesnt make me want to eat at all actually once ive had 'the meal' im 'done' lol
