Im on ss+ (since the start :D) and have about 3 meals a week as dont like food everyday..annnnyway :D

......didnt fancy all chicken this evening so i had 60g of cottage cheese and 60g of chicken... im sure thats ok isnt it??? didnt have any salad couldnt be bothered lol Just want to check before i do that again
