Was only looking at ordering one at the weekend but never got round to it. So pleased I didn't as I would have been so mad when the email arrived this afternoon!

YEAR 2: GOAL OF 10 STONE REACHED ON WEEK 69, 1st SEPTEMBER 2012 :talk017: C25K - started 1 October 2012 and finished 1 December 2012. Record so far is 4.5k in 30 minutes, running at 5.5mph on my treadmill. Phew!
