Things like that are relatively low in syns but they're almost irresistable once opened! You'll keep dipping in until the whole bag is gone, it's extreme but I'd throw them away with a good dollop of washing up liquid on top! Ask people not to buy you things like that and maybe buy you some fruit instead, it's cheaper!

i think ive had 6 in 2 days so not so bad. i dont like the black ones either so wont be eating them, but it would be a crime to throw them away. lol

I know, they're the most gorgeous things on the face of the earth! You could just keep going as you are, you're doing much better than I would lol, but maybe do some extra activity to offset them just to be on the safe side?

Yes Tonid, you could have 20 of them in a day but don't you think that's beside the point if you're trying to watch what you're eating? They're full of sugar.

I know theyre still bad, but the slimming world motto is everything in moderation. i dont have chocolate bars or anything as syns, so a few sweets wont harm me if i stick to having a few, and you are actively encouraged to use your syns, which some days i dont do. im not going to wolf down the whole bag in a day-it should last at least a week. im in teh middle or decorating at the min, so think im getting a bt of a workout doing that. lol

I LOVE maynards sports mixtures!!! They really really help me study when I have exams coming up. which I do in 7 days, so I was thinking about getting sports mixtures to use as my syns! :D
