Spreadsheet?

Does anyone have a spreadsheet for charting weight I could use? I'm sure there used to be an excellent one around here...?

Day one for me.. can you tell by how much I'm on here? Ha ha

Don't know if this may help u but I got a great app on my phone is TargetWeight is really nice it shows the grafics OS your weight and also the bmi and alot more hope this help x
