Spring Weightloss Goals

So Winter is over and Spring is here with the lighter evenings. Hopefully the need for comfort food will reduce and the losses will rack up.

This is my challenge for the Spring, it is over 3 months and I am going to aim to lose 5kg.

Jacqui - (sw 102.8kg) - end weight 104.6kg
Kathryn - (sw 13'8) - end weight 13'7

wantstobealouser - (sw 259) Target met 232lb 9/6/11
Kes - (sw 12'2.5) - end weight 12'2.5
Zoso - (sw 218lb) - end weight 209lb

Right think I'm going to go for 7lbs. So if we take the start weight as 13 st 8lbs I'm aiming for 13st 1lb!

For me, I aim for 12 pounds for APRIL :)

Hi.

For this the targets you need to think about are for the end of the challenge. The reason for this is that I personally struggle to set short term targets as I find they put too much pressure on me.
This is somewhere for those of us that have long journeys to take and realise that the journey is not easy and the losses don't always come quickly. (although we may hope they do)

if you want to join then let me know - current weight - target - and the date you last weighed in.

Thats fine
My starting weight is 244 llbs
My current weight is 244 llbs

My target will a loss of 22 llbs or 10kgs

Date I last weighed in was 30/03/2011

I only started 3 days ago, so I am expecting a loss this week, sneekly I have been on the scales and I have lost, but am only going to count it weekly :)

my weight on Tuesdays weigh in 29th March was 219lb

my weightloss target is 30lbs taking me to 189lbs

Good luck I love seeing how people progress it is really motivated and helps me to not go completely off the rails on my bad days.

I am so chuffed I have lost 5lb since Tuesday......glad of the rest over weekend as 7 miles on treadmill everyday ontop of the other bits I do really whacked me out lol

Can I just ask, How do you get to put so much in your signature ?
Mine wont let me put much atall !! no more than 150 characters

I go to edit signature then in the very bottom box just keep writing lol xxxx

the amount you can out in your signature increases the more you post on the boards, so over time you will find you can add other things

OK Hon. That is still a good result remember especially as you get closer to goal you may not lose every week. I know that you will be aware of any areas that might have let you down (if any) this week so I know that you can get a nice loss next time.

right my ladies.. i am back!!!!!!!!!!!!

my start weight for the challenge is 11stone 9lbs (not sure what that is in kg, but feel free to change it)
goal for the end of spring (im assuming thats around the end of may???) is to be 10 stone 9lbs so thats a 14lbs goal....

and my last weigh day was monday so that was the...11th
