Due to a communication failure (mine) - I've ended up buying 3kg!! of fresh squid. It is now rinsed and portioned up in the freezer, and I thought I'd ask you lovely peeps if you have any tried and tested SW friendly recipes.
In the past I've mostly eaten it deep fried when out (nom nom), and have cooked it once at home in an oil, chill, garlic, coriander kind of way which was nice - but not 3kg worth of nice!
