    Hi
I've been on SS for a couple of months now with the odd blip! I never did aam as i binged so i went back on SS instead. I go away on the 9th Sept for 2 weeks all inclusive and am still on SS. I was 14.6 and am now 12.4 (my target is 12 stone, I'm 5 ft 10) but I'm unsure whether i should SS right up until my holiday? My CDC is away now for 2 weeks and i don't see her until the Friday before I go away. I will be eating on holiday so just wondered if it will be ok to do SS right up until i go and then eat?? Thanks, any advice appreciated.

You might want to ease yourself gradually back into eating rather than going from SS to eating - but one of the CDC's should be able to advise you better

Im sure the CDC's will advise you to work through the steps Maz if you are intending to eat normally on holiday. If you just go straight from SS to eating what you want you will have a big gain as your glycogen stores refill.
