SS+ and the milk allowance question

Hi, I am doing ss+ tomorrow for the first time after doing ss for 10 weeks. My question is in the book is says ss+ option 1) 3 cd meals plus a 200kcal meal
or
option 2) 4 cd meals and 200ml of skimmed milk.

Does this mean if I am having 3 cd meals and the 200kcal meal from the white and green table I am not allowed the skimmed milk as it doesn't mention the milk for option 1 in the book. Thanks for any help.

That's right, if you have the 3 cd packs and a meal you can't have milk - there would be too many carbs in that, would knock you out of ketosis!

That's a shame I brought the fat free greek style yog to do the curry marinade. Oh well I will have to use it for my 810 week the following week. Thanks Sunflower x
