SS+ help

I am currently doing SS - but thinking about doing SS+ after my next weigh in - so i will have done ss for two weeks. I asked my CDC if I could just have the milk allowance, as I so miss my proper cuppa - but she said that I would have to have a meal or another CD meal as well or it might not work. Anyone know why?:(

I don't know my CDC said either a very small meal or some skimmed milk for tea and coffee

Because your CWPC can only advise the set plans ie

SS 3/4 shakes (depending on height and gender) and no milk
SS+ 4 shakes and milk or 3 shakes and the green and white meal.

There is no plan for SS plus milk, so she isn't supposed to advise it, or say it's okay.

Having said that, many people do something inbetween SS and SS+ with their SS shake allowance and a splash of skimmed milk here and there for teas and coffees.

I can see no logical reason why this isn't okay. There are many other extras that people chose which are much more detrimental.

Of course, I can't advise it, as I'm a CWPC ;)

KD thanks for that. I thought the same two cuppas a day with skimmed is hardly going to put me out of ketosis, if i am indeed in ketosis!! On day seven and haven't had this 'high' yet :)

Just read your weight losses and they are FAB girl !!

A real inspiration as a lot of posts/profiles show people putting on or talking about what they have eaten however reading your losses I am assuming you are following 100% ?

Yes i am following 100% no cheating myself i have enjoyed seeing the new me its week 12 today seems like gone fast fast fats ...lol how you doing ?? x x
