Hi! I'm new to this forum!
Started Cambridge on Saturday so today is just day 2. I'm feeling very tired and quite sad (crying before looking at the washing!)
How long did it take for the rest of you to get used to the lack of calories??
Shakes are nice. Porridge ok. Soups I don't like!

    Hi hun,

This week will be the hardest you will have your ups and downs emotions all over the place put once you get through it you will be fine and well on your way to a new you.

I didnt like the soups at the start, but i use water them down, add pepper and basil and i looove them now have them really hot aswell.

Are you on cambridge for a particular reason other then to loose weight??

This site is very supportive so if you feel like eatting just come on here :)
