Hi all
I'm on day 7 on SS+ with four packs per day. Seems to be going well apart from nausea and diarrhoea, which seem directly related to Chocolate tetras
. My CDC told me I could have bars from tomorrow, but according to the book I shouldn't have them until after week 2. Is this right? Thanks JC x
