SS + Question - Fish & Cottage Cheese

    Hi all, hope you are having a good day.

    Been reading up on SS+ in case I need it in the near future and was wondering if you can have smoked fish as part of your 200 cal meal?

    Also, does it have to be plain cottage cheese? Could I have the one you get with chives and onion?

    Hi Munchalot!!

    I'm not sure about the smoked fish but as far as I know onions are a big no no! I tend to buy plain cottage cheese and then just add fresh herbs (mainly coriander) and pepper to it.

    Sorry, nono to the smoked fish (too much salt...water retention and all that) and no to the onion and chives cottage cheese. It must be plain.
