Was just wandering, for those of you like me doing SS+ are you having the 4 packs plus milk or 3 packs plus small meal ? x

Anyone done both to see what gives better losses

And...can you alternate each week ? xx

can you do 4 packs one week then 3 packs plus small meal the next week or do you just have to stick to one plan ? x

Its a talk you need to have with your cdc, not really for me to say, but if you prefer SS then do that for a whole week, if you decide its not for you, then try the SS+ for a week, work out which you prefer and stick to it.

Claire, i would have a talk with cdc, i was so confused the first week, and i messed up, then 2nd week i did my own diet, and this week i am doing the SS+ as it should be, are you not on 50 posts yet?

I am trying to find why i have a salty taste in my mouth, have you got the same or not?

I was told by my CDC that if i did SS+ i should stick to one or the other. I cant remember why she said it would be best but she did say it was important.

I would also reccomend that you speak to your CDC about it and come to some conclusion that works for you.

    xx

i get a salty taste in my mouth sometimes. there's plenty of us that have. drinking lots and lots of water helps. and brushing your teeth, but it does go away again... promise :) it's just gross for a while...

To answer your original question, I generally have 3 CDs plus dinner. But I do keep spare packs in reserve and if I get a call from my OH and he's not coming home for dinner and if I can't be bothered to whizz up yet more chicken for myself, then I have a fourth pack and be done with it.

I guess that happens every other week or so. And I'm reasonably happy with the weight loss so far....

Thanks for the vote of confidence Minime! Hopefully I will get to be a CDC. But I haven't been accepted for training yet - maybe they won't even want me.....

I'm sending the form off tomorrow - will keep you all posted.
