    i know the foods i need to eat as i have read the green booklet. just wondering if anyone has any ss+ inspiration for meal ideas.

    ps id like to add i feel better than yday and this morn. i think me and the toffee bars did not get on!!:)

    hi , i have chicken breast roasted with corianda and chilli with a side salad of cucumber lettuce & pickled red cabbage
