I am a mother of 3, two of which have Cri-Du-Chat Syndrome, due to this I spend A LOT of time indoors, so my weight will continue to rise if I don’t do anything about it. Yes I have done diets before and Yes I have lost a lot but I have also put it all back on again, several times over. But this time I am determined to get it off as I want to be healthy enough to look after my girls as I’m already struggling with back pain.

I still have not decided which diet I am going to do (so not good) but I needed to get the diary going to keep an eye on what i am doing, as I know without it I will keep eating stuff I’m not supposed to or just to much of it.

DAY ONE


Breakfast
2 Shredded Wheat and full fat milk (I know, I know not good for me but I don’t like the others)

Morning snack
None

Lunch
Noodles (not good at all but I only decided to start the diet after lunch time, after coming to this site and getting inspiration)

Afternoon snack

None

Dinner
Small steak and 4 small boiled new potatoes

Evening snack
None

EXERCISE
30 minutes on the treadmill, managed 2 miles whoo hoo

Baked Potato with a very large salad

EXERCISE
30 minutes on the treadmill, managed 2 miles whoo hoo (again)
