Its a large serving of what seems to be whole fat milk, so no go I think. Sorry.

But why not make your own with 150 mil skim milk, instant coffee and lots of ice?

Could even make it mocha by adding cocoa powder as well.

As the others said - probably not such a good idea. But I recently had a (small) skinny iced latte from Costa (I think! or maybe Starbucks, I don't frequent these places much....) And just to be sure I watched her put it together: ice cubes, skimmed milk and two shots of Espresso. 100% Dukan friendly. It was very refreshing, and frothy, and probably contained only about half the daily milk allowance because there was so much ice (but I'm sure some clued up Coffee specialists can fill us in on that one)
