Just wondering if anyone knows the syn value for these. I know it will be high and I'm out shopping tomorrow and was going to get one as a treat just wondering if anyone knows the syn value x

It's simple to work out - just look up the nutritional information on their website and it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Thank. For a tall one I think it's worked out at almost 12 syns made with skimmed milk!! Yikes!! x
