Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Hi

I had a Tall Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Skinny Latte today. Starbucks Nutrition info states it is 142 cal, using the 1 syn per 20 cal rule this would be 7 syns.

If I use the milk in it as my HXA and I take 6 syns off for that. Can I class this drink as 1 syn and a HxA?

Thanks for any help??

Hi.

Nearly but not quite - according to their website a tall skimmed latte without syrup (so ALL the calories are from the milk as there are no calories in coffee) is 102 calories so that's not quite a full HxA (which would be 120 calories). So 40 calories are the syrup hence it's 2 syns plus most of your HxA.

Well worth it IMHO!
