Does anyone know if the sugar free syrups at Starbucks have points? All I can find are the points values for the normal ones x

They have nutritional information on their website, had a look and it lists everything as 0.0 (calories, protein, fat, sat fat, carbs, sugar, fiber.. EVERYTHING!) Which doesn't make sense to me... even for 1, 2, 3 and 4 pumps it shows as 0.0.

Oh yeah, reckon they've made a mistake there as even the non-sugar free stuff is showing as 0.0 for the protein, carbs, fat etc??? Hmmm.... dont know what to point now... Am thinking it should be free but maybe stick a couple down just to be on the safe side! Thanks ladies x

Oooo and in response to the sugar free syrups .. if they are made with a sugar free substitute wouldnt it qualify them to be nil points? Im only sayin coz im diabetic and i never need to take extra insulin wen i have a sugar free latte xxx

personally I would take 1pp for a couple of shots. It's probably similar to powder sweetner in that you might get away with taking a shot for nothing, but anymore would need to be pointed x
