Sorry to high jack your post! But I'm confused! this seemed a good place to ask.

I read on another site that a Tall Soy Mocha (no whipped cream or added sugar) is 12.5syn, but based on the 20 cals per syn rule it's only 8. I'd love to log 8, but I want to do it properly.
