I was feeling disappointed with myself for breaking out this weekend, :break_diet: but fortunately I am looking forward to getting started again in the morning.

Im hoping I might lose more next week to make up for this one.









Im mad that I could maybe have lost around 12lbs instead of 7. At least Ill remember this and make sure I dont break out again.

Good luck hun. Don't beat yourself up about it, we are all human and we all do things we regret, we just have to make sure we learn from those mistakes. Remembering how bad you feel after falling off the wagon will help you from doing it again.

Go into User CP (in blue section at the top of the page), click on "Edit Signature" and paste the code for your tracker in your signature and save it. Then it wiil come up with every post you make.

Thanks cuddlyfairy, Ill give that a try, and thanks for the encouragement too. You have done so well, you must be really pleased. 130lb loss is fantastic.
