**Start back Saturday - Hour By Hour **

Don't know is these threads are still going but I'm charging ahead anyway.

I'm back on today. Seeing CDC at 5:30.

Partly dreading it but a wee bit excited too. Dreading it because I know I have to get through these first 3 days again, and admittedly have been comfort eating/carb loading the past wee while so made a rod for my own back admittedly.

Hopefully these last two weeks on my "easy" (i.e. non physically taxing placement) will give me a good head run before I head off to Campbeltown for 5 weeks on last placement of the year.

So far today

Black Coffee with sweetner and 0.5l of water. Trying to hold off as long as I can for first shake.
