Welcome. I'm a newbie to all this. I am on day 4. I haven't found it as hard as I thought it would be. I think it helps that I'm working. That distracts me. I drink lots of black coffee to keep me going through the morning and green tea and mint tea for the afternoon. I am also drinking sparkling water as I missed the odd fizzy drink. Other people on here have lost weight through this and are on here. It seems a supportive environment.
