so i started lighterlife total on monday first time i have ever tried meal replacement diet and although i am sort of coping i am finding it difficult to stomach some of the food packs. happy enough withthe shakes and soups no bars this week, but the sheperds pie and pasta carbonara are hideous and have literally made me question why i cant just eat real food. i know i cant because otherwise i would have done it before so any tips encouragement inspiration or just some great weight loss achievements to keep me going till mondays weigh in when i can top up with the ones i have liked would be much appreciated
