Hi everyone. I've started the diet today. I know it's going to be hard. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm 24, living in South London. Work in IT and I live with my mum and sister. I have 25lbs to lose and I would like to lose it by 4th Nov as I've made a bet with my mum that I can be 9 stone by then, lol. Here we go.

Welcome. It's important to be realistic with your expectations. The average weight loss is one stone per month. You are trying to do a lot more than that so don't get disappointed if you lose your bet.
