Hello, I just created my account and wanted to say hi! I am currently doing JUDDD, and will make my way over there soon.

I am trying to lose 35 pounds hopefully by October 11, 2010 which is my wedding anniversary. I turn 35 in December and really want to become more active and healthy. I may be having issues about turning 35 :confused: but am just really tired of being overweight.

Hi do u mind my asking what is juddd? I am also new to this site :)
JUDDD=Johnson up day down day diet. Basically on an UP day you eat around the normal 2000-2500 calories, but on the down day you eat around 500-800 calories. There is a forum on here about it.
