Went to the meeting yesterday and weighed in at 10 stone 7.5lbs. The leader has given me an initial goal of 9st 6lbs which I hope is achievable by August. I've got a lot going on in the next two months nad July is going to be incredibly difficult as I'm doing a 6 day a week (4 weeks in total) archaeology dig out in the middle of nowhere so won;t erally have a choice of what I eat duting the day. I'll be home every night (I've refused to camp out) so I'll be able to control what I eat in the evenings and for breakfast.Anyway here's some progress pics
