Hello everyone

I have alot of weight to lose so thought I would give exante a go.

I started yesterday and found the evening tough but i'm feeling much better today knowing I got through the first day.

Well done on getting through day 1 but im going to be honest with you now. The next few days will get gradually worse but you'll wake up on day 3/4/5 feeling fab!

Not wanting to put you off just trying to be honest. The few days of not niceness are so worth it.

Ah I know I have done LT before for 7 weeks. I remember that great feeling after the first week!!

I've used LT in the past too, actually prefer it but got fed up with going to get weighed at the chemist.

If you can manage 7 weeks on that Exante should be easy for you especially if you had the 'crapjacks'......:jelous:

Yeah thats why I didn't do it this time and exante is cheaper too. Omg yes they were awful, I have just had a chic orange bar and I thought it was lovely. X
