Hi all, I have started today. Lots to lose but really enjoyed the shakes - still got 3rd to go but feeling really determined. Also got my mum doing the 5:2 version and having Exante products on her 2 days off work each week, started today also. I would just like to be able to keep up with my dog at agility would be good! Don't have a goal weight as such either - healthy BMI takes me somewhere around 12 stone :sigh: I think so that is my ultimate aim but think for now I shall just take it a stone at a time, if I can lose a stone or 2 by 18th October we have our 21st anniversary band concert that I will be taking part in and don't really go to practices so I guess perhaps that will be my first goal. 12 stone seems an awful long way away at the moment - 6 and a half stone away so guess realistically my aim will be this time next year to be 12 stone .
