Starting 2 mrw any tips

Hi all :eek:
I have just come back from my first meeting and I have put on quite a bit:eek:
any tips for me plz just to make my transition a bit easier :D

think of all of your favourite foods and find out the PP values for them. That way you can use those until you figure out the rest. Also stick to your dailies and enjoy your weeklies should you want to, dont be afraid to use them. I found it useful to plan my meals too that way theres nothing to really trip you up. Last but not least enjoy it. :)
 
Hiya Nic . I say the same as Loser85, i sat with the pocket book and made a list of things i regularly ate so i knew where i stood and how many points i was using. I save my weekly points for a sunday as we eat out every sun , and i can eat normally that day and it keeps me on track for the wk. Best of luck to you . hope you find it easy enough x x
