Hiii, this is my first time posting but I need some extra advice and support.
I started slimming world in March, just from home (as I work alot to go to group). I managed to lose 1 stone 4lb in just over 1 month which I am thrilled about.
I have now officially joined online so I can access more things like syns etc, but I now only have roughly one stone to lose. It sounds easy, but I am really struggling.
I know everybody is different, but would anybody reccommend having the full 15 syns a day, or less for bigger losses?
I am only 5ft so every lb seeems to show on my body!
any advice is muchly appreciated.
