Hi, my name is Les and I have been on so many different diets, I seem to do quite well, then something happens in my personnel life and I just binge eat. I am so sick of myself, the way things are going by Christmas I will be another 2 stone heavier. So this is it, starting a new leaf again. I started slimming world yesterday and so far so good. Iam trying this on my own ( not going to meetings) so wish me luck, anybody out there who wants to support me will be very much appreciated. THANKS X. P.S. Sorry waffling on a bit.
