Starting again 8 months on & heavier!

Lost about 9lbs earlier this year, I couldn't quite grasp the diet - if I fell slightly off track I felt like the carbs were going to fat! I struggled when I didn't prepare lunch and I had to grab something quickly, pre-packed things were a big fail.

Please can I get some help & motivation from fellow members? I am 34, 5ft 3.5 and now weigh 13st 11, 1lb heavier than when I last joined!

I enjoy turkey stir frys, that was all I ate last time & then I got bored. I've bought a slow cooker this week & really want to try some soups or beef casserole type stuff?

Wish me luck, I'm starting bootcamp tonight :()
 
Hi, hope it all went well for you at boot camp.
You don't mention which plan you're on i.e. green or extra easy? I really find with SW the most important thing is to plan meals in advance, also to have some free foods available to snack on when you're hungry.
The slow cooker is great and I use mine all the time. They are great for batch cooking, then you can freeze your meals and have them ready for next time around.
