starting again, lots of support needed

so i have previously lost 28lb with the old w/w points plan, have now gained it all back and in the past have struggled to get on track with the pp plan but i have got to do it this time, i am so unhappy with myself, i need all the support i can get tho and i hope i can once again find it here
