:cry:Well, i've had 6 weeks off (eeek) and put on 4lbs. So starting afresh today, although going out for a curry i can't get out of later. Would a chicken/prawn tandoori be the safest option with boiled rice?

I usually (when i am being good) have tandoori (dry) king prawns of chicken with plain boiled rice. unsure of the syns at the moment, will look and get back to you.

Hi Sharron. 4lb gain in 6 weeks is actually not bad at all. I had 4 days off plan and gained 5lb! So.. re the curry, I'd stick to chicken tikka, boiled rice, or the chicken dansk, as I like the sauce x
