Starting (again!) today!

Well I am back to try again! I am due to go an a little caravan holiday with my hubby, my 4 sons and my MIL in 10 weeks so i am hoping to at least drop a dress size by then maybe 2! I had a go with slim fast after christmas but i got a bit bored and then just gave up, but i know that it does work hence why i have decided to do it again. I am 13st 8lbs :sigh: and a size 18 :sigh:. I have tried all sorts of diets but i hate counting points and stuff like that so i think slim fast will be better for me. I am a student nurse and qualify in a few months, i start my final placement in the community tomorrow for 8 weeks, so my plan is...


  • Shake for breakfast
  • mid morning snack on the go- fruit or some other 100cal snack
  • Shake and some fruit/yoghurt for lunch
  • main meal at 6pm with the family
  • drink lots of water
  • take vitamin / omega 3 supplements
  • exercise - walking and maybe some xbox kinect fitness game or tae bo (which gives amazing results!)

I am going to write a blog if i have time so once its up and running i will post it on here. Good luck to everyone trying to lose the blubber!
