Hi all
just wanted to join hoping the support will help
dud really well b4 Xmas but since have been on and off never getting to ketosis.
Life has been stressful and socially busy
sometimes wish I could turn into a hermit for 6 months and get this done.
Anyway. Day 1 today. Ready to go.
Wish me strong resolve. I know I felt so much better b4 Xmas in ketosis. I had energy and patience and had even started wanting to exercise. Just got to hold it together through the first 3/4 days.
