Did sw from nov 10 till beginning of June 11 and lost 2 stone but then had some
Bad family news so decided to swap to ww as it meant I could eat more treats (I know this isn't ideal eating more comfort style food) but it was bad times!! I've got the pp calculator and I've decided I'm

Good luck I have been doing pp for 2 weeks tomorrow and I love it as you can have that odd treat and not feel like you have ruined the diet which I did when I did sw although I did lose 3 stone with sw so it is a good diet as well but can get a bit boring

Yeahs that why I fancied a change. When I get bad news and stuff I always comfort eat so I thought ww pp would be a safer option!!

Good luck for tomorrow im sure u will be fine, theres lots of food diarys on here for u to read and get tips from,how many pp do u have a day to use?? Dont b affraid of using ur weekly 49 either, i use most of mine every week for treats and meals out!

Because I'm bigger it's coming out at 49 pp per day as well as the 49 per week?!?! That seems too much though
