Starting again tomorrow

Hi guys

Well decided to start LT tomorrow. I've done it before, 2 years ago and lost 8 stone!! So I know it works!! I've tried it a few times this year but never lasted more than a week!!! But.....I didn't come on here!! That's what got me through the 6 months solid I did, this site is fab! So here goes again!! I got from 17 stone to 9 stone!! I think I'm about 15 now :-( Will weigh tomorrow. Wish me luck!! I know I can do it, but really disappointed I wasted all my work!

Hi LizClarke,
I'm also starting again tomorrow, really can't wait to get into it and feel the weight loss. You did so well losing all that weight. Have you any tips on overcoming the hunger pangs?

I'm so excited starting today, I haven't had my first shake yet, I'm waiting till my morning break in work at 10.30 to have it You girls that have stuck to it 100% are a real inspiration & I hope to do as well as you.

hi all

I have also started today, first shake at 8.30am and will be having my second at 1 o'clock with lots of water in between! I have all chocolate shakes and they aren't bad.... I'm sure after a few days I'll be sick of the sight of them! Looking forward to trying it with some coffee. Good luck everyone and stick with it!!

you go girl. good for you. i have started today for the first time ever. i have tried other diets but they havent worked. i am so optimistic that this will work. just being on here has really encouraged me so much. i am determined now. i just hope i get through this whole week whilst 100%.

Sorry folks didn't realise this had posted, did another one before lol, just ignore me!!

Glad there are others starting with me today!! My tip is to come on here all the time, that will keep you going!! Looking forward to the challenge again, thanks as always for the encouraging responses and good luck

I am starting LT for the first time tomorrow, i am so nervous and excited about seeing the pounds fall off (hopefully).

The only problem is I dont like tea or coffee and i find water so boring after a while that im worried i may stray to some sugar free squash, would this cause me to put weight on or struggle with hunger pangs? does anyone know?

No Hun, for the maximum results stick the the plan. Try sparking water for something different and u can have sweeteners. Your also allowed camomile and green tea.

hi i start mine tomorrow aswell, first time user on lipotrim so im hoping it works just been to the chemist to get all my shakes and mixer. does anyone know how to change the ticker every wk with the new weight loss?

good luck to everyone i think this site is great as it keeps everyone motivated

Welcome newbies, says me 1 week in! Am a newbie too, first weigh in today and -8lbs which I was pleased with as TOTM too. I picked up a tip here which was peppermint tea, a cup in the evening is nice and I also make and extra cup, let it cool and then use for a choc mint shake the next day for a bit of variety. I was pretty sure camomile was out as it's a flower too. Good luck to you all on TFR, the site is fab for renewing waning motivation......I'm still happy when I get through each day!

Well day one nearly over!! Not too bad I suppose, will be pleased when u get past 2 weeks as I found that the hardest, after that I found it a doddle! Just need to take one day at a time

Morning girls, looks like our 1st day was a success, I found it quite easy. I just hope each day is going to be like my 1st. Well done to all of you who have lost weight, your stories inspire me. Hop my 1st week weigh in is as good

well just had my first shake i must admit it was horrid lol but i did it hope the others taste better. well done everyone for getting through it

Finally started today, had a hiccough at the pharmacy on Tuesday night, the woman who did the program had left! so we went to another they were really helpful, i was quite worried they would be a bit condescending, but was happy it was easier than i thought! So today i have bought a 2 litre bottle of water to get me through my work day and a shaker to make up my shakes. Can't wait for the week to be over and for ketosis to have kicked in!

well on to day 2 finding it a lot better than yesterday, and must admit the shakes taste so much better with ice in them. hope everyone is still doing good.
