Maybe this time set yourself different goals not just an over all amount you want to lose. Maybe goals of a new fitness class, minutes walking per day. A new dress you like just things you want to achieve.
I have listed on my fridge 5 mini goals of 7lb each to reach my goal weight so using these as motivation. A new dress after I lose a stone, motivating myself to join a new class most likely pilates.
Going for a jog once a week with some new songs on my iPod etc x
