I am determined to do it right this time, so feel free to criticise, correct, or praise my food diaries.....

Today is the first day back on it 100% and I will be doing EE.

Breakfast - Omlette and Beans
2 x eggs
2 x tomatoes
1/2 x onion
beans.
Weightwatchers yoghurt (free)

Snack - Mixed Dried Fruit 28g (4 syns)

Lunch - Tuna Salad
Tuna
2 x tbsp xl salad cream (2 syns)
Lettuce

Dinner - Chilli and Rice
Extra lean minced Beef

ETA Had a slice of Meringue which was around 5 syns, with onken ff yoghurt and a chopped up banana...Plus a naughty chicken finger fell into my mouth from one of the kids plates GRRRRR, 2 syns...

I am feeling pleased with how yesterday went, I have my food all planned out for today (inc what I have had already) So hopefully it is another good day:)

I actually have no idea how many syns in the bourbons, I will guess at 2 each?! If so that takes my total to exactly 15 Syns.....

Your food diary looks great, loads of superfrees in too :) You have reminded me of a fave childhood meal, mince in gravy with mash, will have to put that on the menu for one day next week. Yum!!

I'm doing SW for the third time and determined not to make it a fourth, in fact i think i am going to steal one of your minigoals if you don't mind 'become overweight, not obese'.

Yeah, my mum always made mince n mash, I think it is a failsafe for kids, which is why my four now get fed it.....nice n cheap too:p It is also an opportunity to get a load of veggies in us all, I have actually made a huuuuuge vat of the stuff so we will be having it twice this week:rolleyes:

Feel free to steal any minigoals you like hehe... I feel embarrassed that I am not even overweight yet, but I WILL get there, and so will you:D

Hello.....

I was sooo pleased with myself last night, dh had a mate round and we were all sitting watching tv with a cuppa, when dh decided to break out the biscuits! I RESISTED and tbh I actually wasn't that bothered :) I helped myself to a clementine instead, then as it was getting late I toodled off to bed:D

I will keep a small bowl of soup back for the evening as I seem to get hungry later on. There is 7hrs (roughly) between Dinner and when I go to bed, and I find that around 9pm is my danger time....

Good Morning...Weigh-in this morning showed a loss of 2lb, which I am more than happy with as this only reflects 4 days on SW:D

The reason I have chosen to weigh-in on a friday is so if I splash out a bit over the weekend I have all week to pull it back:rolleyes:

Right a slight change to todays meal plan...

I had no decent looking spuds so had my beans at lunch with cous cous.

I only ended up using half the jar of white sauce on the lasagne so have amended syns to account for that, I also stuck with my yummy slice of garlic bread.

I have not long had a nice bowl of fruit salad (that I didn't have at lunch time, because I was too full) and I am hoping that will see me through till bedtime....

I did however nab two m&m's, two malteasers and a cookie, I know the cookie is 3 syns, and probably 1 syn for the choccies....So that takes my Syn total to 21 for today.

The Original one is a Healthy Extra B, the flavoured ones aren't and have to be Synned.
