starting again!

    Hi all I'm new to the site. I started slimming world last October and lost nearly 2 stone with it but after I stopped going to group the weight has started to pile back on! So I'm trying to get back into it but without class weigh in. Anyone have any tips? I'm a bit of a sweet tooth and am struggling not to pick at stuff at night. Anyone do it at home when do you weigh in?

    Hi I'm doing at home started last week. Last night I had 2 ryvita ( Heb) spread with a pot of chocolate Philly and sliced banana on top. 2.5 syns for the choc Philly. I wasn't sure if it would work but was a lovely satisfying sweet treat.

    Good morning ladies - I'm also doing sw from home I'm on week 4 now had 2 good weeks and 2 bad weeks so back on track once again! :) I think using this site really helps you stay focused as it's like your own group with plenty of people to chat to and load of tips and recipes :)

    I love coming on here for support and motivation. I've been doing the EE plan for nearly four weeks and weigh in on a Thursday but had a bad day yesterday and not great so far today so going to organise myself a bit again this afternoon and try to get my head back into it for a good day tomorrow before WI.
    I have a real sweet tooth too so usually use my hexb for chocolate alpen lights (thank goodness they are changing the recipe back - I'm almost out of my stash) and after reading the suggestion on here I mix 0% total yoghurt with options hot chocolate powder for a low syn chocolate fix. Diet coke and sugar free squash with sparkling water also help me.
