hi everyone!! well i done slimmin world before and lost 1st and half but as u have prob guessed i fell off the track and most off it is back on!!

started afresh today and first class is on thurs! finding 1st day back at it ok, although ended up at mums for dinner and she made wraps with creamed mushrooms and chicken!! but gona eat lots of free food for rest of the day!

this is wat i have had today, excluding the wraps!lol please let me know wat u think and any comments will be appreciated!!

Breakfast -

apple, grapes, 2 low fat yoghurts

Lunch - Veg soup(homemade)tomato n herb mugshot, alpen light bar
