Any tips for me?

I am loving this diet so far - On attack I have lost 1.2kg on day 1, 400g on day 2, 400g on day 3 and 700g yesterday - a total of just over 6lbs. I am not far off my lowest weight since 2004 :D

I have just over 5 weeks until I go on holiday and would really love to shift another lose 6 or 7lbs (although anything will be good!) so any advice is very welcome.

Today I am planning to eat:-
B - turkey ham and chicken chunks
L - home-made tomato and basil soup, smoked salmon, boiled egg and cottage cheese
D - smoked haddock(?) or cod and runner beans and mushrooms/courgettes
S - galette, 0% greek yoghurt with vanilla

Not sure if I can have the haddock - need to read the book again!

Smoked fish is fine but be careful - too much makes me gain water weight.

Well done taffy! Day one of cruise for me too.

I am having eggs baked with leeks and pepper for lunch.

Goulash for dinner.

Delighted with my 5lb weight loss.

Ooo well done both - tomorrow I will be on cruise so will be keeping a close eye on this thread!

m-mouse, that's interesting advice re smoked fish. Will need to keep an eye on how much I eat since I have terrible problems with water retention.
