Hello everyone,
I am new to this site and to the Exante diet i started a few days ago and fell off the wagon i need to lose 2 stone in 2 months is this possible on TS. Can someone please clarify if i can drink Coke Zero as i really wouldnt be able to to do it without. If you are struggling would an extra shake effect the weight loss dramatically?
I need my summer body back
