again tomorrow. I have been on Atkins previously but gave into my carb craving. Fingers crossed I will stick to it this time. Already planned tomorrow's menu: B: 3 rashers of bacon and 2 fried eggs, L: chicken and ham salad with feta and mayo, D: chicken in a mushroom and cheese sauce, cauliflower and mushrooms. Snacks: rashers of bacon and cubes of cheese. Yummy x
