Starting JUDDD tomorrow...

Hi all,


Starting JUDDD tomorrow with a DD...

Starting at 81kg and want to get to 60kg!

Quite nervous, tried SW and VLCD before and had some success but not managed to stuck them out but I think this one will be the one for me!

Planning on 500cals tomorrow - a small lunch of soup at 1pm and a pork loin and veg for dinner (all together for the day comes to 423 according to MFP) and I will also have a little fruit in the morning to bring it up to 500.

Gonna try and e as healthy as poss on UD as well and change the eating habits - today I have had 1200 cals.

Here goes nothing... X
 
Good luck with your DD! The first week or so of DDs were hard for me but now (I'm on my 10th week) they're absolutely fine! You'll have to eat more than 1200 cals on ur up days tho, closer to 2000.
Keep posting on this forum, it's really supportive x
 
Thanks missNic, yesterday wasn't really an upday as I hadn't started properly but I will keep my cals higher on UD going forward :)
